5. Travel & Transport

  • Vehicles provided will be as per the package or group size.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
  • AC may be switched off in hilly areas or when the vehicle is parked, as per government rules.

6. Hotel & Accommodation

  • Hotel bookings (if included) are subject to availability.
  • Check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policies.
  • Any additional services used in hotels must be paid directly by the customer.

7. Responsibilities of Travelers

  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof.
  • Maintain proper behavior at religious places and during the tour.
  • Take care of personal belongings; the company is not liable for loss or theft.

8. Health & Safety
